1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 2jb platform in any capacity — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and 2jb. They apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, casino games, bingo, the game lobby, the VIP programme and the mobile app. By placing a bet, making a deposit or claiming a bonus, you confirm your continued acceptance of these terms.

2jb reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform. Continuing to use 2jb after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To use the real-money features of 2jb — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting and casino games — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible players in Pakistan.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow a third party to operate your account.
• 2jb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address and proof of payment method.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 2jb will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

The 2jb mobile app supports biometric login on compatible devices. Enabling this feature is optional but recommended for faster and more secure access.

3 Age Verification

The 2jb platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2jb actively verifies player ages as part of the account review process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification to confirm your date of birth. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2jb are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your account.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your 2jb account within minutes.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned pending account review.
• 2jb does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the wallet section of your account or the mobile app.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard KYC requirement and applies to all players.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in your account. Withdrawing bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements is not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

2jb offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, reload bonuses and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and expiry period for each bonus are specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 2jb reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using technical methods to reduce risk on bonus bets, or coordinating wagers with other accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, household, device and IP address.
• Free bet winnings do not include the stake value of the free bet. Winnings are returned as cash, subject to any stated conditions.

2jb may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. If you have a specific query about a bonus offer, contact support before claiming it.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The 2jb sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments), football, esports and other sports. Betting markets, odds and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Bet Placement

• Bets are only confirmed once a bet slip confirmation is received. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the odds at the time of confirmation.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment of placement. Odds can change rapidly during live events.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and are displayed during bet placement.
• 2jb reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a specific reason. This applies particularly to accounts that consistently bet at advantageous odds or at unusually high stakes relative to their account history.

Void Bets and Settlements

• Bets may be voided in the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or where the result cannot be officially determined within the applicable timeframe.
• If a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.
• In the case of an obvious pricing error, 2jb reserves the right to void affected bets, even after settlement.
• Cricket match rules follow standard international playing conditions unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and match abandonments are handled according to the published market rules.

7 Casino Games and Bingo

Casino games on 2jb — including slots, live casino, table games and crash games — are powered by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, by real dealers operating under standard rules.

• All casino games have a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. This represents the theoretical long-run return and is not a guarantee of individual session results.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session, the round may be voided and the stake returned. Completed rounds that have already been settled are final.
• Bingo games operate on a set schedule. Tickets must be purchased before the start of a game. Cancelled games result in full ticket refunds.
• Progressive jackpot amounts shown in the game lobby are indicative and updated in real time. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before being credited to your account.

8 VIP Programme

The 2jb VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is automatic and based on your activity on the platform — no manual application is required.

• VIP benefits include cashback, reload bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing and a dedicated account manager at Platinum tier and above.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Tier downgrades may occur if account activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a given tier during the review period.
• VIP cashback and rewards are credited to your account according to the schedule applicable to your tier. These may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 2jb reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and associated benefits. Changes will be communicated to affected players in advance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2jb and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, manipulate games or extract unfair advantage from the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Coordinated betting or "syndicate" activity designed to exploit promotions or bonus terms.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer any part of the software, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

2jb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Requests from the account holder to self-exclude or close their account.

When an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after deducting bonus funds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support directly.

11 Privacy and Data

2jb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference. Key points include:
