Account, Registration & Login

The whole process takes under two minutes. After verification your account is active and you can make your first deposit straight away.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email. A reset link will arrive in your inbox — follow it to create a new password. No. Each player is entitled to one registered account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name or a different one — is against the platform rules and results in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you've lost access to your account, use the password recovery process or contact live chat support.

Your CNIC or passport is required to complete identity verification (KYC). A copy can be uploaded directly from your account settings. KYC is required before your first withdrawal is processed. It typically takes a short time to review once submitted. Your name on the document must match the name registered on your 2jb account.

Log in, go to Account Settings and find the Security section. From there you can enable 2FA using your registered phone number. Each new login from an unrecognised device will require a verification code sent to your phone. It takes about two minutes to set up and adds meaningful protection to your account — we recommend all players enable it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

2jb supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets. All transactions are in PKR — no currency conversions, no hidden fees on standard transactions. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most commonly used methods by Pakistan players and are processed fastest.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your 2jb balance within a few minutes. Bank Transfer and Raast may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, contact live chat support with the transaction reference and it will be investigated promptly.

The minimum deposit on 2jb is set at a low PKR amount to keep the platform accessible for all players. The exact minimum is shown on the deposit page within your account once you're logged in. There is no requirement to deposit a large amount to access any part of the platform — you can start with whatever budget you are comfortable with.

Log in, go to your account's withdrawal section and enter the amount you want to withdraw. Withdrawals go back to the same method you used to deposit. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Verified accounts are prioritised for faster processing. If you have an active bonus with a remaining wagering requirement, that portion of your balance may be subject to hold until the requirement is met — this is shown clearly in your account.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay are: identity verification not yet completed, an active bonus wagering requirement still outstanding, or a bank-side processing delay for Bank Transfer requests. If none of these apply and your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact live chat support with the withdrawal request reference and they will check the status and resolve it.

2jb does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals in PKR. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own transaction fees, which are outside 2jb's control — check with your provider if you're unsure. There are no hidden currency conversion fees because all balances are held and transacted in PKR.

Sports Betting

2jb covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series involving Pakistan, ICC tournaments and domestic cricket. During PSL season the coverage is particularly deep — every match from group stage to final is available with extensive markets. International T20s typically go live for betting several days before the match, with live in-play markets opening at the start of each game.

Markets include match winner, series winner, top batsman, top wicket-taker, highest opening partnership, method of first wicket, total runs in an over, over/under runs per innings, player performance bets and more. Live in-play markets during a match include next wicket, next over total, next dismissal method and current session result. The depth of markets available varies slightly by competition level.

Yes. The sports betting section on 2jb covers major European football leagues, AFC competitions, international fixtures and other global leagues. Esports betting is also available, covering popular competitive gaming titles with markets available around the clock. Once a match starts, in-play markets open and odds update in real time to reflect what is happening in the game. You can place bets between deliveries in cricket or between plays in football as long as the market is open. Odds shift quickly during live play — particularly in T20 cricket where the game situation can change in a single over. Being logged in and ready before the match starts gives you the best access to opening in-play markets.

If a cricket match is abandoned or rained off without a result being declared, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your account. The specific settlement rules depend on whether a result was achieved under D/L or other official methods. RNG outcomes are independent for every spin — previous results do not influence the next one.

If your game disconnects mid-spin or mid-hand, the server-side result is recorded. When you reconnect and reload the game, the outcome of the interrupted round will be displayed and your balance updated accordingly. If the balance does not update as expected after reconnecting, contact live chat support with the game name, approximate time and the stake amount — the session log will be used to verify and correct the issue.

Bonuses & VIP Programme

The welcome bonus is applied automatically to your first qualifying deposit — no code required. Once your deposit is credited, the bonus amount is added to your account balance. A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable funds. Yes. If you would prefer to withdraw your real-money balance without meeting the wagering requirement, you can opt to forfeit the active bonus. Contact live chat support and request that the bonus be removed from your account. The bonus balance will be cancelled, but your real-money deposit balance (minus any losses from betting) will be available for withdrawal. Some players prefer this approach if they decide a bonus isn't right for them after accepting it.

Responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits — always take priority over VIP programme activity levels. If you have set a deposit limit, that limit applies regardless of your current VIP tier or any promotional offers. VIP tier progression is simply based on your natural activity within whatever budget you choose. You do not need to spend beyond your means to participate in or benefit from the VIP programme.

Yes. On compatible Android and iOS devices, you can enable fingerprint or face recognition login from the app settings. After your first standard login on the app, go to Settings and toggle biometric login on. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's own security system — it is not transmitted to 2jb's servers. If biometric verification fails, standard email and password login is always available as a backup.
